Sutter's Fort

Volunteering parents: We will be providing enamel cups to students that look like this on Monday

We do not have enough cups for volunteers. If you would like to bring an enamel cup to use for water on Monday, please do. We will have floaters coming around throughout the day providing water. The Fort Store also has metal cups for sale that are period appropriate. If you bring present-day water bottles, such as your hydro flask, it will need to be stored in the volunteer workroom with your other things. You will not be able to have it at your station with you.

2017-2018 Field Trips

We have quite a few field trips in the works this year. We have submitted requests for many of them and are still waiting for bussing approvals. After we receive the approvals we will be able to provide more details as to the dates and costs of the field trips. Keep your eyes on the important dates tab for updates.

All parent volunteers must have a Category 2 clearance in order to chaperone field trips. If you did this last year, you should be all set. If you haven't and think you might be interested in joining us on a field trip now, please start the process as soon as possible. Our school secretaries are happy to help you through the process.
